About the Position

Responsibility for the financial, accounting and administrative areas of the company
You are responsible for financial management, including budgeting, financial planning and analysis, as well as risk management, cash flow analyses, liquidity planning and reporting
Coordination of cooperation with the external accounting office
Preparation of the monthly and annual financial statements
Monitoring of tax settlements
Reporting for the corporate group and close cooperation with the central finance departments
Close cooperation with the HR department of the NKD Group and management of all operational HR-related tasks
Creation and implementation of procedures for administrative purposes
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
Supporting the Czech NKD subsidiary in financial matters.

Job Requirements

Experience in the independent management of the financial and accounting area of a GmbH, ideally in a trading environment
Very good knowledge of German and English
University degree in business (finance and accounting, economics or related fields)
Good communication skills, initiative, excellent organization of work, responsibility and adherence to deadlines
Cost-conscious management and willingness to question existing structures as a challenger
Category B driver's license an advantage
