About the position
We are looking for a Network Support Specialist in collaboration with a major company in Northern Sweden (Norbotten and/ or Västerbotten).
Start date: ASAP or at latest November
End date: 12 months with possibility to prolong
Hours per week: 40
Language: fluent English, Swedish optional
Salary: competitive, based on experience
Location: Norbotten and / or Västerbotten
Remote work Possible: No (we can help with relocation)
Job Requirements
Skills:
● Security Management: Maintain network security by managing firewalls, VPNs, and encryption protocols, and protect against unauthorized access or data breaches.
● Network Monitoring and Maintenance: Continuously monitor network performance, identify issues, and ensure system availability and reliability.
● Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems, providing technical support to end-users and internal teams.
● Network Configuration: Install, configure, and update network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and software, ensuring network security and optimization.
We also see that you have:
- 1-2 years years of work experience.
- Good proficiency in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
- You have knowledge of ticketing systems.
- You are experienced in working with the Office suite.
